Jovana Đorđević

Jovana Đorđević is a Senior Associate at BnB Law. She is regularly engaged in a broad range of competition law matters, including merger control proceedings, restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, competition compliance, and day-to-day advisory work.

Jovana advises domestic and international clients on the competition law aspects of complex transactions and represents them in proceedings before competition authorities. Her experience also includes corporate law matters and assistance in domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as regulatory matters in the telecommunications sector.

Through her multidisciplinary experience, Jovana combines a strong understanding of competition law with practical knowledge of corporate transactions and sector-specific regulation.
